Anupama 23rd September 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Anupama noticing Toshu and Pakhi arriving at Asha Bhavan. Everyone turns to look at them. Dolly comments that it’s a good thing they didn’t act as foolishly as Toshu and Pakhi, and Dimpy agrees, saying they would have ended up in the same situation if they had. Toshu, feeling embarrassed, tells the others they can laugh at them or make fun of them if they want. Pakhi adds that now that they’re here, they plan to stay. Kinjal sarcastically asks if they’ve finally started thinking clearly again. Toshu admits that they’re too stressed to think straight, and Pakhi says they’re so exhausted they can barely stand, feeling numb from everything that’s happened. Babu Ji says it’s up to Anupama to decide if they can stay, and others agree.
Toshu tries to convince them by saying they’re tired and have learned their lesson. Pakhi pleads for them to stay, and Kinjal says it’s Mummy who will make the decision. Toshu even asks little Pari to tell Mummy that she wants her dad to stay, but Pari refuses, saying that when he wasn’t around, everything was peaceful and everyone was happy. Pakhi then asks Ishu to help, but Ishu responds that Pakhi is always scolding her and that Nani will decide what to do. Toshu turns to Dimpy for help, but Dimpy points out that this isn’t her house, so it’s not her place to say anything.
Baa steps in and asks if Toshu and Pakhi truly realize their mistakes. They both say yes, and Baa invites them in. However, before they can enter, Anupama stops them. She says that while Baa asked them to come in, she won’t let them off so easily. She sets a condition: Toshu and Pakhi must fold their hands and apologize to everyone in Asha Bhavan. If the others forgive them, they can stay. Anupama also tells them that if they want to stay, they must follow the house rules, help out with chores, respect everyone, and contribute to the household expenses. If they agree, they can come in; if not, they’re free to leave.
Realizing they don’t have much choice, Toshu and Pakhi apologize and promise to do their share of the work. But Anupama suddenly reveals that this was just a test. She wanted to see if they were truly sorry and ready to let go of their pride. Then, she shuts the door on them, telling them to leave. Toshu and Pakhi are left heartbroken. Dolly, shocked by how strict Anupama is, asks her if she has become cold-hearted. Anupama explains that her heart was broken so many times that it had to turn to stone.
Despite their earlier attitude, Toshu and Pakhi beg Anupama to let them stay. After a moment, she reopens the door and firmly tells them they can stay, but only if they leave their pride and bad attitudes outside.
