Kumkum Bhagya 29th October 2024 Written Episode Update: RV denies Poorvi from keeping fast

The episode starts with Diya telling Poorvi that she owes her life to Jiju. Worried, Poorvi asks where RV is. Diya explains that he’s gone to confront Nethra’s boyfriend, Sahil, whom they believe is behind the recent problems. She even shows Poorvi something on her phone, confirming their suspicions. Meanwhile, Neha tries to assure RV that Sahil isn’t capable of such a scheme, but RV warns her to hope for Sahil’s innocence. He makes it clear that if Sahil is guilty, it will be a mistake he’ll regret for life. RV tells Neha to remind Sahil of what he did to Poorvi and then walks away. Monisha and Neha are left shocked by his intense anger, especially Monisha, who realizes this is a new side of RV that she hasn’t seen before.

Back at home, Neha packs Sahil’s bag, urging him to leave before RV catches up to him. She warns that RV is far more protective of Poorvi than they expected, and as soon as Poorvi recovers, he will come after Sahil. Although Sahil hesitates to leave Neha, he finally agrees and assures her he’ll stay nearby in Mumbai. As he leaves, Neha silently prays that Poorvi’s recovery takes longer, hoping it will keep Sahil safe.

Meanwhile, Diya stays close to Poorvi, saying she’ll be around for a few days. Poorvi encourages Diya to go home, but Diya explains she already told her family she’d be staying with a friend so they wouldn’t worry. She jokes that she’s all grown up now, making Poorvi smile and easing her worries a little.

Elsewhere, RV suddenly stops his car, leaving Monisha curious about what he’s up to. He meets with a private investigator, who promises to find Sahil soon. Monisha becomes increasingly frustrated with Poorvi’s influence on RV’s life. When RV returns to the car, Monisha mentions that she forgot her purse at his house, so they head back together.

At home, Poorvi, with Diya’s help, steps out into the hallway. A nurse quickly tells her to rest. Harleen notices her and gently reminds Poorvi to take it easy so she can heal properly. Poorvi apologizes, explaining she just needed a little movement. When RV, Yug, and Monisha arrive, Dadi brings up the upcoming Karwachauth festival and mentions preparing sargi (the pre-dawn meal). Poorvi volunteers to help, but Monisha scoffs at the idea, pointing out Poorvi’s fragile condition. Poorvi insists, saying this is her first Karwachauth, and she wants to participate fully.

RV firmly tells Poorvi that her health is more important, and she shouldn’t fast. Yug and Harleen agree, explaining that RV will only worry more if she doesn’t look after herself. Poorvi, however, is determined to keep the fast, believing it’s her duty as a married woman. A doctor arrives and advises against fasting, saying she needs regular food and medication. RV firmly backs the doctor’s advice, asking Poorvi to promise she won’t fast. Feeling disappointed, Poorvi reluctantly agrees, and Dadi reassures her that she’ll have many more chances to observe Karwachauth in the future.

RV takes Poorvi back to her room, where she quietly shares her disappointment, saying that she wanted to keep the fast as an act of love and devotion. RV gently reminds her that while they’re married, their relationship is different from a traditional husband-wife bond. Poorvi, hurt, agrees not to fast, accepting the reality of their relationship. Monisha overhears this and feels pleased.

Later, Yug jokingly teases Diya, complimenting her and asking if she’ll ever keep a fast for him. Laughing, Diya says she’ll only do it after marriage, not for a fiancé.

Meanwhile, Monisha decides to fast for RV, determined to show everyone that she’s his real partner and protector.
